Lakeland Dairies liquid Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) processing and High-Temperature, Short-Time (HTST) Pilot Plant allows the R&D team to produce and evaluate trial batches for recipe formulation and new product development.
Giving our customers the flexibility to develop their own unique recipe using new ingredients. Lakeland Dairies Food Ingredients R&D team will work closely with customers to upscale production incrementally to ensure guaranteed success before full-scale commercial production. Our Pilot Plant provides the perfect testing ground to bring your new ideas to life.
