Member Relations

Our Member Relations Team works closely with our 3,200 farm families, providing expert guidance and support to help them improve efficiency, sustainability, and animal welfare. Through on-farm visits, workshops, and advisory services, we assist farmers in areas such as grassland management, herd performance, and environmental best practices. By fostering strong partnerships with our farmers, we ensure the long-term success and sustainability of dairy farming.

Teagasc Joint Programme & Northern Ireland Dairy Development Programme

These programmes support our 3,200 farm families by providing expert guidance through farm walks, workshops, and visits. Covering areas like grazing management, breeding, heifer rearing, soil improvement, and sustainability, they ensure our farmers have the knowledge and skills to operate efficiently while reducing their environmental impact.
